3 stars: The app work amazing. It's an easy way to reach the teachers fast an secure. I would give a 5 star but I think Is a little bit annoying the fact that I still have to keep the old classes from my kids.. I am talking about classes from years ago.. there should be a way to at least no have the in the main page if they can't be Completely deleted.
3 stars: This is the first year using this app and I can definitely see where things need to be fixed. So far I can communicate with my child's teacher very well. I don't like how it randomly logs me out. The announcements won't load even though there's something there. The notifications are so sporadic it's frustrating.
5 stars: The only down fall to this app and it may not be the app just my phone but its always tell me when there is unread messages so I have to remember to open it threw out the day to see if there is a new message. Aside from that I love this app because I am able to privately talk to my child's teacher and them reply back.
3 stars: Remind needs (1) the ability to change the default notification sound (default is too brief/quiet), (2) notification badges. Far too many notifications are being missed. Don't even know if announcements make notifications because I never catch them! Important fixes.
