3 stars: I kept trying to cancel my last trip with extreme difficulty with your platform and still am not sure you cancelled it to East Stroudsburg Quality Inn for oct 8 2021. I personally wish i had just booked through the hotel .I tried to call them to cancel and to go through Expedia. The room rate was the same and i have experienced extreme difficulty trying to cancel with Expedia's platform.
4 stars: App is great and all, but that 5th star won't arrive until you add 2 factor authentication. It's a must these days...
3 stars: Can't sign in through the mobile app and usually don't have all flight, car, hotel etc. travel options available for whatever reason.
