4 stars: I love this app! I've had it since April, and it has really helped me out with my goals since then! My only complain is that I have to pay $7.99 a month for more work out plans. Don't think charging a subscription fee is right honestly. 😕

5 stars: Beautifully articulated. At first I thought it would just be images that illustrate how exercises were to be done however I discovered that it was actually videos, which makes it excellent.. I wanted to rate this app 6 stars but I cannot so..... keep it up

3 stars: Monthly subscriber: Articles explaining exactly how to implement a workout plan would be beneficial. What days am I suppose to rest? How much protein, carbs, etc. am I suppose to consume? Other than that, I like the app.
4 stars: Very good app, shows the exercise through the video as it should be done. The only downside is the ads which pop up now and then, the paid version wont have that problem I guess.
