4 stars: Really not customizable enough. It should default to your last setting (music, for example) after a call; but it goes back to the baseline setting, requiring you to launch the app again (which is very slow) and reset it to your preferred setting. By default, anything on your phone that makes a sound will send you through this annoying process. Thanks for the update resolving this issue!
5 stars: I'm on my own with figuring this out because the VA basically said to stick it in your ear. I'm new to hearing loss and inner ear problems so this is learn as you go for me. The application has really helped me set the hearing aid where it works the best. At least I can hear sound so I'll know which side it is coming from a little better.

4 stars: Since the last update when I call someone I can hear them but they can't hear me. I reinstalled the app and checked all the settings to no avail.. Remote support also doesn't work. The app used to work ok.
4 stars: Have paradise aids and the update has sorted out nearly all of the issues. The only thing is that you have to wait for them to connect to the app. The custom programs now stay connected.
