5 stars: I absolutely love Vova, and the many things I have ordered and received I am extremely happy with. I don't have any issues. Pretty quick delivery, great quality Etc. I'm on it on a daily basis. Buying things, adding things to my cart, playing games etc etc. I've actually recommended Vova too many of my friends and family. They're amazed.
4 stars: In the main you can find some excellent bargains on Vova. However, buyer beware! Some items are NOT what you might think they are. If you read ALL the listing and view ALL the pictures you might find all is not what you thought. That being said, I've had some brilliant purchases, and hope to get many more.
4 stars: Nice app. Just started, so far so good! Had no problems, with deliveries! Most arrive early (always helps?) just beware of the shoe sizes?! * Saying that, waiting for trainers Now? 3 stars: I placed an order on 6/20/21 and it said delivery would be no later than 7/3/21 and then it changed to 7/21/21 and I never received my order. There was no way to talk to customer service, so I clicked on request refund, the refund for the items hit my card, but it was $40 less than what I spent.
