3 stars: Let me tell y'all it's no way u can talk to customer service or cancel tha order, dnt like the app. I just really dnt like it when anything or anyone is false Advising, cause it will say one price, but when u click on tha item, it's a different price. Thts wat I'm not understanding. Tha selection really ain't all tht good it's tha same thg over \u0026 over, and it really dnt explain nuthin to you.
4 stars: I've been ordering items from Vova for a long period of time. The products are definitely worth the cost. Shipping costs are optional depending on how fast you need them delivered. Packaging is always sufficient for the items ordered.
5 stars: Excellent site. Good quality (order a couple of sizes bigger in clothing). Delivery takes approx 3 weeks but to be expected from China. All and all well worth a go at those prices.
3 stars: The price you first see on items isn't usually the right price for the item but this app seems to have the best prices than other apps. The delivery time seems to be around average. Overall I would recommend before most other similar shopping apps.
3 stars: Many of the items arrived before time but many of the older orders have not arrived and when I try to request a refund the option doesn't work. Have stopped ordering until this is sorted. This year 2021 orders arriving on time or before MUCH BETTER.
