4 stars: Great app. Had a couple of occasions when there were server issues so couldn't connect to pay and didn't have cash either but apart from that, it's convenient to use an app instead of the outdated pay stations.
3 stars: Has odd glitches, where doesn't recognise own location. System sometimes seems down which is unreliable when relying on this service, especially when spending money to park my car at one of their locations. When working the app is good. Just need to sort out their location issues.
