5 stars: I love Shipt! I tend to impulse shop sometimes and buy foods I shouldn't eat or need. I can't do that when shipt does the shopping for me. I have never had a shopper that wasn't friendly or grumpy. They are always on time. It is a great service. I wish we could somehow use coupons but hey, a little nuisance for a great service. I am willing to overlook that.
5 stars: Shipt is a blessing even before covid-19 pandemic happened. I have been a member for over 4 years and I have used it out of state why on vacation as well as at home. The convenience of just ordering your items, picking a time slot for delivery and sit back and wait for it to be delivered. I just hoped that they had more businesses as an option for you to shop and have your items delivered.
3 stars: Expensive but convenient. Most of the shoppers are pretty good. They seem to be adding more items. The main problem is every time items get removed from the list. I am pretty sure it's the programming. It's usually the main course but one time it was just a cucumber. So you still end up having to go shopping.
5 stars: Shipt has been very reliable and easy to use. I often don't have any problems with my orders, and the one time I had an issue, it was resolved right away. The shopper service is great and the customer service is excellent!
