5 stars: Very good service and the delivery is never late and you can return the item if something is wrong with it. Over all very epic.
3 stars: Great variety of products and fast delivery service. However, their delivery agents are one of the rudest and most obnoxious people I have ever dealt with. They really need to start teaching their delivery agents how to deal with customers better and in a respectful way. Also, the app needs improvements. When I tried making a complaint through the app, it glitched and refused to send an e-mail.

5 stars: Good, but many pics don't match suit with either the description below it, or it lacks the detailed info as the other same one. I would advise to have your apps administrator marketing company to be more diligent in its work, or have it changed...many within the same field would gladly, nowadays, to have you on their company's CV!
