4 stars: As TV apps go, NBC is pretty well set up and easy to use, although it's a little glitchy. Sometimes there's a weird skipping ahead on shows. Sometimes there's no sound. I find that most of the time, if I close the app and reopen it, that usually resolves the problem. Once in a while, it seems to disconnect from my cable TV provider account, so I have to reconnect it. But I use the app a lot and am generally satisfied.
5 stars: I love this app. I cut my home cable cord but I'm able to watch programs On Demand. I also have two Roku devices and am able to watch them on the TVs. But the app is great when you are traveling or visiting. You're able to continue to watch your favorite shows.

5 stars: My wife and I are greatfull for NBC for the free viewing of their shows from the News to sitcoms to movies. I have had no problems with any thing we're watching freeze or interruptions of any kind. THANK YOU! We had to give up our cable, WiFi and land line (phone) due to covid-19 causeing me to be laid off from work. You make it possible to keep updated on local and world affairs, and to allow us to enjoy tv and movies for some relaxation.
