5 stars: One of the best podcast app! Which also has many possibilities! Like, recording! But if the appearance of the program, especially the light mode, is more attractive, it will be much better! Totally, useful program!
3 stars: I really like the app, but it is a memory hog. It was 22 gig of memory sucked out of my phone. That's kind of ridiculous, in my opinion. I was running out of memory, and I couldn't figure out why, until I look at podbean. That was a fast uninstall! There are other apps out there that do the same, without being a memory hog. If there's a simple fix, I would love to hear about it.
3 stars: Can't complain about the app. It is easy to use, the format is fine and there aren't any annoying or invasive ads. Good job, Podbean! Edit: a year later, using the app has gotten frustrating. Midway through episodes it will skip backwards 30 seconds constantly. Idk why it's doing this but it is very annoying. Thinking about looking elsewhere.
3 stars: Doesn't stop playing when you close the app, no external controls at all, random dips in audio quality, constantly advertising itself to you, defaults to notification spam. The premium features don't even make sense, and the ability to financially contribute to the podcasters not only has a pointlessly juvenile mask, it's skimmed at an unfair rate.
