4 stars: The auto unlock sometimes is a problem. Setup is tricky but just break down and call the help line. This thing is great. I feel my house is much more secure. I know my house is locked when I'm gone or even just on the couch. Looks great . Function and app is easy to understand. Lots of options to customize your experience. Liked it so much I'm doing all my doors. Two more coming Friday.
5 stars: Good product! The batteries last around 5 months in my experience, which isn't terrible, and it warns you WELL in advance - in my opinion TOO FAR, it started telling me around 4 months and I think it finally died at 5 or 5.5. Otherwise it is nice to see who is coming and going and admins can open from anywhere on Earth whereas others have to be like ~30 feet away. Keep a key in your car as a backup, but I'm happy with the product.
4 stars: I really like the whole experience. The only reason I haven't given the locks and app a 5* is because they sometimes lose connection and then when I lock my doors by Google it tells me that they were unlocked even though they were locked. I'm glad it defaults to thinking it was unlocked and tries to lock than the other way around, but still would be nice to not hear \
3 stars: I really wish that this app had a widget to unlock your door from the homescreen. I live a 2 minute walk from my home and its not far enough to trigger the automatic unlock when I come home. As a result every time I get home I have to open the app and wait...
