5 stars: This app has it all. Live games, old games, future games, etc. You can really connect to the sport and your teams in new ways and I appreciate it. My only complaint is that it uses the tv blackout schedule, so as someone who lives in Indiana, I cannot watch live Blackhawks games. Everything else is awesome though.
4 stars: Great for keeping up with NHL news. One thing I'd like to see is the ability to favourite and follow players. Sometimes you like a player more than a team so it'd be nice to get notifications when that one person is playing, it'd be especially helpful for keeping up with goalies
5 stars: I've had this app 5 yrs in a row now. This is the most functional and bug free year yet IMO. They have also seemed to figure out that I'm in a state with no local team(ut). The vegas Knights and CO aves games were always blacked out for local telecast. I'm able to watch them both this year.
4 stars: The only problem I have with this app is I always have to force stop,sometimes many times,just to watch a game.Most times it takes 1 or 2 tries but it's gone as many as 8 just to get it to work.
5 stars: I don't subscribe to NHL TV, but otherwise this is the gold-standard of sports apps. Highlights posted quickly, minimal ads, smooth navagation, customizable notifications, mobile ordering at the arena in the same app... I could go on and on. They did a great job with this one.
