3 stars: dms are broken, they are not refreshing and new ones are not loading in. please fix this, it's been a week I've had to deal with this. update: dms are working again, which is great. but now the app crashes and freezes all the time and I'm not sure why. uninstalling the app and reinstalling doesn't work, restarting my phone doesn't fix it either. I've tried all methods and my conclusion is that it's the apps fault itself.
3 stars: Whenever I face a problem with a phone or lose my password, it's just impossible to find the account ( it doesn't happen with other applications) and the procedure is a maze where you lose a lot of your time. I had to create several accounts, and now can't use it at all. Is it not possible to simplify the procedures with the lost passwords etc as it is easy with other apps accounts ?
4 stars: You want to verify my number by calling it but you're not calling. Getting an error message that it's not working, and after trying to call my number couple of times, already exceeded max attempts. Guess what? I have to wait I don't know how long, for you to reset the number of attempts so i can try to verify my # again. What's wrong with your verif process?
3 stars: App works just fine for me, but... Promoted tweets. Wherever I go, it's all promoted tweets. I can't read more than six tweets without a long promoted tweet that took about a whole screen in-between. Has it always been this way? They used to be a minor annoyance but now it's jus...
