5 stars: App does not work. I get it connected, but in no time it wont work or find the hearing aids. Have to constantly delete and reboot the system, only to have the same issue again. And I have no way to control the tennitus masker..Very unhappy after spending this much money.
4 stars: Good until a couple of days ago when the remote control of the balance function (between TV sound \u0026 surroundings) stopped working. I tried restarting my Marvel, my phone and the Phonak TV bluetooth gadget but without success. Update 25th November: the Remote control bug hasn't been fixed yet. I can adjust the volume with the slider control, but not the balance between TV sound via bluetooth and the surroundings.
4 stars: Great app makes answering my phone so simple. One down point being that if you are in a busy area some people think you are trying to speak to them as they cannot see my hearing aids or phone!! Just replaced my phone from a Motorola E5 whereI had no real problems, but my new Motorola E6 play will not connect even though they are listed as compatible. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS. WHAT IS GOING ON? Come on Phonak get this sorted PDQ.😡😡😡
