3 stars: Customer courtesy, assistance, and service is terrible. Greyhound personnel think everyone is knowledge- able about what to do or where to go from bus to bus, and station to station.
5 stars: They're not cheap, and they are often at full capacity. Night-time greyhound is 180 from daytime. Its like going into an underground city. However I met good and very interesting young people.
5 stars: First time riding a Greyhound, boarding was simple and fast. Safe drivers, numerous stops for leg stretching and the convenience of a bathroom onboard which you don't find on much transportation methods.
4 stars: It is a great way to purchase a ticket, but recently it has been crashing alot. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and same thing happens. Or it would be a 5 for me.
5 stars: A very handy App for getting and using your E-Ticket, finding out where your bus is, and purchasing a ticket. Litteraly made my journey more palatable.
