3 stars: Cool app but why wasting our time writing and describing the internet problem when the technicians don't even bother reading it and just ask for the reason of your call so you have to explain it again and they act surprised, it's weird...
5 stars: I like this app it's easy to use
3 stars: Better focus on connection s problem and try fix them asap and stop doing your publicity . Because its very bothering. Your goal is to satisfy your customers not start with pub. Anyway nice app. Quick respond from your tech (after 2 hours ).but did you think if user don't have internet on their smartphones?? A least you can choose between send the problem by internet or use free sms . Well, good luck.
