5 stars: My kid accidentally purchased this app, we requested a refund via e-mail. The representative apologised for the lengthy response time and wrote a very nice e-mail. They have cancelled my subscription and provided a refund with no questions asked. Thank you for your exellent customer service. Should I wish to use a meditation app, I will certainly be keeping you as my first consideration. Nate
5 stars: I was not so satisfied with the app and difficulty of canceling it, and also annoyed by the fact of being charged few times even though I wrote to app developer to cancel the app. but finally they responded to my request and refunded the initial fee and also further unwanted charges.
