3 stars: The app will not allow me to enter my address manually. When I try to add using GPS the arrow points directly at my house, it gives the correct house number but the wrong street name., (I am on the corner of two streets). Not really impressed.
3 stars: I live in The Netherlands, but prefer English language. App determines language automatically, instead of using system language. It should also not make registration mandatory, but require it for cloud based features, like personalized settings. Sharing packages expected amongst devices, ...
4 stars: Provides up to date tracking information. SMSs are receieved, along with email notifications. Quite a stressfree app to use
3 stars: App has a very sleek and attractive design but it doesn't seems to work for me, I tried numerous times to schedule a pickup and it would never allowed me to do so, i turned to TARA instead and they where very effective and efficient.
5 stars: I cannot access the second tick box to even agree the terms and conditions! The layout of the screen is overlapping something else. After some experimenting, I see it is because I have set the font size on the display to largest size. When I took it down to default size, it worked fine.
5 stars: I don't know why people seem to be having an app problem. I'm running Android 11 have not had any problems with my tracking application with DHL. If anything, it works really well, very detailed. Minimalistic and smooth transitioning in UI.
