4 stars: Good until a couple of days ago when the remote control of the balance function (between TV sound \u0026 surroundings) stopped working. I tried restarting my Marvel, my phone and the Phonak TV bluetooth gadget but without success. Update 25th November: the Remote control bug hasn't been fixed yet. I can adjust the volume with the slider control, but not the balance between TV sound via bluetooth and the surroundings.
3 stars: OK intially, however I adjusted the right ear volume but after a few minutes use the left hand volume increased. The app volume controls had by then merged back into one ( i.e. not separate controls) All very odd. I think I will delete the app and try in a few months. The app does have some useful features....if it works OK. I am aware the aid will switch between modes depending on local conditions.
3 stars: Limited functions to control one's hearing aids. Very slow connecting with aids via Bluetooth. Once connected, app requires several seconds of data handshaking to actually control aids, unable to control aid's volume. Limited functions for the settings that are allowed to control other functions. Poor, or non existent detailed instructions on features which are available.
