5 stars: Wow! I am so impressed with this App! It's very easy to use. It shows you how to do the exercises and it even counts the seconds for you!!! It's definitely motivating! Thank you for such a great app!!! The only thing I can't work out is how to use it on my IPad or laptop. It connects with my google account and phone thats it..... Be great if someone could help me get it on one of those devices please! 🙂
5 stars: I LOVE this app. It's AMAZING! There are exervcises for every training. You can even do exercises in your bed and office. This is so convenient and it also tracks your exercise and reminds you to drink water. I absolutely reccomend this app. It also helps you loose weight and keep you fit. Definitely recommend downloading this! Keep up the great work! 👍
5 stars: Easy to use! It's motivational it provides video and animation instructions on how to do the exercises, it provides a count down for the exercises. It awesome, I'm already losing weight and building muscle and I have had it for only a few days. It reminds you to drink water and it gives you a reminder to workout I love this app and totally recommend it!

5 stars: This is a very awesome app. It helps women to lose fats. They can also choose their interests like losing weight of stomach, shaping Hands and thighs. Women who have a problem of Knee pain, Back pain, etc.. have their own exersices. Dieseases like Knock knee, Bow...
