4 stars: After nearly a year of continued problems with being able to give a daily extend, they have finally fixed whatever the issue was. Getting support to listen to my issue and address it properly was extremely difficult. Who knows whether the fix had anything to do with my feedback or not. Whatever, it seems to be working as intended now. My frustration with support is worth noting though, it was not a great experience.
4 stars: I understand why, but it's annoying that I have to have my location turned on to use the app. Even to message people I've already matched with or update my own profile. I feel like it should only need to be on to match with new people, not talk to existing matches, which is why it only has 4 stars. I also don't like not being able to see what time someone sent a message to me, only the day it was sent.
