4 stars: The apps is good.but some agent i've contacting takes forever to reply, when i ask question,keep say will check with landlord.. Then few days no reply, i ask again, no reply, few days later just reply, the next question i ask, still the same pattern, waste time.. I won't say which agent cuz maybe i am a bit unlucky.. Maybe if we can give stars to the lousy agent in this apps also better
5 stars: Has pretty good UX for the features. Love the transactional data from each listing, helps me find out how much to expect for pricing.

4 stars: useful. but have some issues. creating an aap is not everything. you must ensure user's time should not get wasted looking the old already rented houses. agent must remove rented ads.

4 stars: App is good but searching for specific types of house is difficult because filter are not as detailed e.g trying to find a maisonette or an EC or trying to find unit at high floors.pictures sometimes also do not load.
