5 stars: Paid for subscription and i go to message somone and it says I cant until i buy a subscription ..the money is out of my account . Ive restarted the app and even reinstalled it but the problem remains . Ive sent an email as well . I want my money back. Edit : great customer service . They arent sure how it happened but they've offered me free membership until March to figure it out

4 stars: It has the option to add pictures of your previously jobs, but through the app doesnt appear, and the mobile web doesnt work.
5 stars: As a babysitter/nanny I already have 3 addresses in two weeks. Ive had a very nice connection with the parents on the app. :)
