4 stars: It's a good idea to collect so many practices in the one app. But there are lots of locked ones for payment...
3 stars: The sessions are rolling too fast . You don't have time to apply the guidance given by the voice of the session because it runs too fast.
5 stars: Works really well, helps me sleep and feel good about myself and really calm as I can get stressed and irritated easily!
4 stars: Would be nice if the FOR ME page was more customizable. Like if it had the meditation you've been doing on it or if you could organize it so that the ones you use most were on the first page. Otherwise it's very nice, has good meditations. Only on day 3(weight loss and creativity) but they seem very straight forward.
5 stars: I had some trouble with the app - and it took a few days to receive an answer from the team - but with the actual context, its understandable. they efficiently replied and offered a refund.
3 stars: Lots of great options but the voice for the women meditations sound very mechanical/computerized found it hard to relax like that.
