4 stars: I do love it, but I wish it could become a default music app like Google Play Music when I have connected my phone to my car via Bluetooth. With Google Play Music, it will continue playing immediately I get back in the car, and switch on the ignition. With YouTube Music, I have to manually go to the app and start playing it again. That's my only issue, otherwise it's great
3 stars: Extremely lacking compared to Google Play Music. I'm holding out hope that the developers manage to fix all the deficiencies before they pull the plug on Play Music but I'm not holding my breath. They've had many months with ample feedback to fix issues by now and the focus seems to be more on the visual aspects than rock solid basic functionality.
