5 stars: Easy to use! I had to use the Help chat, and when I needed to bypass the automated chat and speak to a person, I was able to do so by telling the bot I wanted to speak to a person, and a few seconds later was connected. The support staff is very helpful as well, and I highly recommend this app based on my experience. It's the best of any stores' shopping apps that I've used.
5 stars: I have been using Fred Meyer's grocery app. Safeway's app is markedly better! So much easier to understand and use. The *no substitution* check box and *shopper instructions*, up front, and readily accessible. Just appears more intuitive to me.
4 stars: Super easy to find items and if you're shopping for a specific item, you can look up the bar code by scanning. I ranked it 4 stars because of delivery time availability. But, it is a holiday weekend and that could have an effect.
5 stars: So easy! Such a great service for me being that I'm unable to go into stores. I just pull into the curbside parking and they bring everything out to me. The app is easy to use and very clear to understand.
4 stars: I find the site easy to use. Initially you could edit your order as much as you wanted. That was helpful as I could book my time in advance and add and take away as I needed till delivery day. That function has changed and once ordered you cannot add more. I find that not helpful.
