3 stars: The app is pretty on par with other fast food ordering apps. The points and offers are nice when it's for something I eat I would use the mobile order way more frequently if it let you add comments to items. I always get my bagels triple toasted, and there's no way to ask for that. Sure the add-ons that make them more money are available, but no toasting options, or ability to ask for modifications to a typical menu item.
3 stars: Cannot log back into my account. Had to uninstall and reinstall since update, was not connecting. Now it won't regongnize my email. Took 4 emails, over a week and about 45mins, but it's working again. Thank you, I think?
5 stars: Everything's fine. Except when there was no option to choose maple french toast bagel in the BELT section. Atleast when it was still being served. Talking about that, why'd you discontinue maple French toast bagel. And the chocolate Danish. Seriously timmies! I hate you for discontinuing items people actually love 😤
4 stars: Great app. Great for ordering, great way to capture my points and not have an extra card in my wallet. Just seems that navigating back and forth from points to pay to redeeming, etc is not as smooth. I'm sure if the programmers used the app or used it more frequently. They may find a way to make it a little more efficient to use. All in all, I like it and rely on it. It has improved greatly from where it started without a doubt.
