4 stars: Really enjoying this app. 2 things would make it 5 stars: 1. the ability to download your favorite meditations so you can use them offline (I use it to fall asleep and prefer to turn my wifi off at night, and when traveling this would also be really beneficial) . 2. Some meditations that are nothing but straight scripture with some instructions for breathing and relaxing. I'd prefer less \
5 stars: Abide is exactly what I need to help me with work stress issues and anxiety. I wanted to add to my prayer life, hearing the Word of God. Centering and meditating on 1 scripture per session, helps me to self-reflect. I like how I can save my favorite sessions. I'm happy with the sleep sessions as it helps me to put away distractions around me and to end my day with thinking on God's promises.
