3 stars: The service seemed to be convenient and affordable, but then after my first trip the cost went up even with my membership. Both times the car was full of dog hair, danger and was unpleasant to breath in.
4 stars: Would've given 5stars but was recently lock out of the app because of password issues. This meant I couldn't unlock the vehicle which ate into my booking time. The matter was resolved by their outstanding customer service who extended my booking time foc.
5 stars: I absolutely love the ease and convenience of Zipcar. I have found myself using it more and more! I am always able to rely on them and the customer care team has always been amazing when I have called. Highly recommend!
4 stars: Pretty easy to use app, but frequent connectivity issues when returning cars and you can only report certain things at certain times.
5 stars: Easy , and so convenient!!. Zipcar locations are mostly 😤 found in city areas though. Thankfully theres a bus to take me to go pick a vehicle up.. any wya says zipcar is pretty awesome!!
3 stars: Had issue logging into reactivate my account and a customer service representative walked me through the step by step process on the Zipcar website. Thanks for being patient and now I'm on my way to get into a Zipcar!
4 stars: Still fiddly. Easier to book on laptop. But great for extending bookings \u0026 locking / unlocking vehicle
