3 stars: Setting up an echo dot is very confusing. The only help tells you to follow the onscreen instructions... which are confusing. Bad enough for me, but try helping an 80 year old via phone during lockdown! Should be able to set one up using a computer rather than a stupid cell phone. It just makes it more difficult! As for using it for Alexa, who cares? That's why I have the echo dot.
