5 stars: Like the Great Clips app. I can check in, save my place in line, get approximate wait time and then show up and get my hair cut by next available stylist. Great people work there and know me by name and have notes on how I like my hair cut.
5 stars: Even though the first day was chaotic, and I do apologize, the app and salon made huge improvements in just 2 days! Better wait times, more accurate information, and a haircut that beat all haircuts I have had in years! Thank you Great Clips!
3 stars: Too much white/brightness in the map screen. Almost need sunglasses to view it. Could use a dark theme to reduce battery usage. Basic screens so it should be too difficult to implement. Overall ok.
5 stars: Use it mostly for the check-in feature. Hardly ever a long wait. App works great; has never crashed or had issues.
