4 stars: Like the choice of several routes. Side by side map \u0026 tabular display is outstanding. Very easy to use. A choice of contrasting colors for the `next point on route` would be good. The VOICE IS AWFUL! It screeches like a cross between Conehead from Remulac and a cat whose tail is stepped on. Also talks way too fast. Difficult to understand. Fix that and you have a winner!
3 stars: The program works ok, but does not necessarily find the fastest route according to the parameters set and it does not work well outside the continent US such as Puerto Rico. It also does not use your current location well in determining where you want to go. ie. If in NY it does not necessarily list NY location first if location with a similar name exists in CA.
3 stars: Not what I'm looking for. I need to be able to trace a 2 mile route around my neighborhood . I mean physically trace a route with my finger so I can calculate distance between different blocks in order to change up my run every so often. I havent been able to find this feature in any of my work out apps so first I tried google maps and now mapquest. Oh well. Thanks anyway.
3 stars: Should have easily accessible option to select alternative routes. Not just avoiding highways, tolls, etc. but different ways to get to your destination.
