5 stars: Extremely easy to use! Quick, immediate response to complete and verify your account. Clean and well conditioned cars. Electric-automatic convenient to drive. Only negative I would like to see few cars outside the center of Paris to have options in cases of need.
3 stars: Sadly the app is a lot slower than the old DriveNow app... It also now requires Bluetooth to open the doors which is a nuisance. It also doesn't have the names of the cars in the app anymore either.
4 stars: Good app works well. I like that it asks you about the cleanliness of the vehicle at the start of the journey, as that is the biggest downside of the service.
3 stars: I find the radar tool really unreliable. The blue location dot is at the correct location but when I try to set a radar ot always places (centres) the radar in the wrong location - typically about 4 or 5 blocks away from my location. Seems to be working better now.
