4 stars: Some frequently used lications have been locked \u0026 saved in the APP but often it takes wrong actual location after selecting them. Destination search is also troublesome \u0026 many times the APP search does not help.
5 stars: I am using this app from long time. Everything is good. Feature of advanced booking is required.
4 stars: Jugnoo provides good flawless app but its true that fare changes are there,once you book ride and amount displayed to you at pickup time is often hiked up when you arrive at your destination, This policy of jugnoo is wrong and it has spoiled jugnoo's reputation too..they should remove it... Or they maybe easily beaten by their competitors.
4 stars: Good.. Autodrivers still don't know how to use the map. They keep asking for instructions for your destination. Give them a training for that
