5 stars: So I don't usually leave reviews but I have lost 5kg's in under 4 weeks simply by following Natalia's workouts and meal plans! I use mainly the gym workouts and it's nice to see actual gym equipment in the workouts (cable machine, leg extension) and that all workout's are only 35 minutes! Keep up the good work team and keep inspiring others!
