5 stars: It's a very good app but some are using it in wrong way I want to give an advice if you add the location of a user. As we find in facebook. It will be easy to get someone who use to use the app in wrong way. It's my opinion as looking for what have happened in India for CAA. No more again in other countries. Criminal should be caught if they do so. 👆👆👆👍
4 stars: Whatsapp is very useful communication app in the store. but not the best of its kind. still a lot of crucial features are missing. Here my improvement suggestions. 1. there should be search option for official accounts. people can easily find customer service numbers. 2. money transfer between contacts and mobile payment is too necessary. check Wechat. 3. there should be a wallet for membership and transportation cards.
3 stars: Well I have one problem and a question for the developers. First the problem, sharing media files specifically videos, sometimes it just won't upload or just get cancelled by itself mid way uploading. Is there any issue regarding the media format, then specify it in the first place. And finally the question, When We are expected to get the Dark Mode?

But one problem facing, if i need to delete a particular chat history, before deleting i take a backup in email as .txt file, but when i want to restore that WhatsApp not giving any option, then why you gave a option to save/back up a chat history???
