5 stars: I think this app is fairly under rated so far I've tried a fair few apps of this sort out of curiosity and as personally being an S\u0026C coach I haven't seen an app to this standard I do believe there are some improvements that can be made for sure but overall heading in a great direction if you're a beginner I would recommend this app
5 stars: I spend alot of money on personal trainers but now i think it's smarter to have app to push you and save the money on same time. Doesn't matter if you are beginner or on advance level, it's show you every excersie with videos, reps and even timer to help you count on same time. I am in my 1st week trail and so far loving it. Overall, give it a honest go and try the free trail for 2 weeks. :) Best of luck
5 stars: I love this app already. With the workouts, once started, you are able to see how the workout is performed and it keeps track of your progress. The app has many different exercises for custom workouts. YOU CAN ALSO alternate the exercise for the workout to an exercise that is more suitable for you. It is like having a personal trainer without the personal trainer price! Thank you VOLT.
