3 stars: It's good, but could be better. Narrow the search to the phones location. If I'm making a route I'm not searching for a city 2000 miles away. I'm searching my area. So stop auto filling my entries with city's 2000 miles away first. How about you search closest to the phones location. Just a suggestion.
4 stars: Difficult to pull up on map to get a visual of route layout. Otherwise it is ok.
4 stars: It's been good would like a few more features like manually moving stops and a ability to prioritize stops and still optimize with those priorities
4 stars: As a generic, overall planning software it is spot-on. However, I would have like to have seen a bit more flexibility, such as reversing the the route, and inserting a stop and retaining the unsynced stops. Did have minor problem with a support issue.
3 stars: I spent $30 for the upgrade to have the navigation. The navigation helps but the app has use zigzagging back and forth I do a paper route and I understand they're trying to get the house is on the driver side but it takes extra gas extra miles an extra time going back and forth
