5 stars: I am using this app from long time. Everything is good. Feature of advanced booking is required.
4 stars: Jugnoo provides good flawless app but its true that fare changes are there,once you book ride and amount displayed to you at pickup time is often hiked up when you arrive at your destination, This policy of jugnoo is wrong and it has spoiled jugnoo's reputation too..they should remove it... Or they maybe easily beaten by their competitors.
4 stars: Jugnoo never shows you the exact price. I have always found a difference of ₹40-50 in every rides that I have taken.
4 stars: So far the auto I booked, the driver behaviour is good and quality of vehicle and driving is also perfect. There are some instances where the auto driver cancel my booking.. There should be made compulsory a reason for denial.
