3 stars: It's easy to use, but 2 weeks ago I booked a condo a year in advance to make sure I got the one I wanted. I was surprised when they took the entire cost of the condo all at once. Used to just pay a deposit to hold it. I'll not book here again unless that changes. Don't like them having money all year, it should be working for me not them.

5 stars: Excellent customer service! We've used HomeAway for 5 years and each time our vacation has been great! With one rental we arrived at the property, only the directions were incorrect. We called HomeAway and they immediately got the situation resolved and before we knew we received a call with all the information we needed. This is an excellent solution if you prefer a home environment when you travel.
