3 stars: Decent enough app -- does what it needs to do. One thing I'd like to see change is to have parts of the app that can operate offline. My phone is bad, so often if I don't have data connection I dont know of its because I dont have coverage or I ran out of MB or whatever. And I can't open the app to see what's wrong. Also, my app is in English, why aren't the text alerts and offers sent to me in English as well?
4 stars: Good app but a little slow while it seems to update. Also it seems to want me to login more often than it should. Thirdly, it should allow me to enter a pay as you go card so I can renew it from this app even if it's a CU product in a different name ie wife's or kid's number. On the bright side it has a fast payment function \u0026 I can access my land line on it as well as bill history.
4 stars: I face problem when i create new account, terms and condition not tick and select when i click on it please check that problem and solve it.
4 stars: It's convenient! I can see my bill and how much data, SMS and minutes of available telephone time I have at once. I can also play some figures to gain presents! It could be better but it's ok for now.
