3 stars: Can't rate any higher than 1 star since the app is not functional. App opens to a login screen yet when I click on login, nothing happens. My employer just changed Rx benefits to OptumRx this year. So far I'm not impressed. UPDATE : app self-updated incorrectly, had to force stop, uninstall, reinstall, re-update. Would be beneficial to provide most current app to app store to simplify things.
3 stars: Wasn't able to log in. Here's a fix. Go into settings and force stop the app. Clear cache and data. Open app. Should tell you there's an update. Then you can log in
5 stars: I just downloaded this app the instructions were clear and the app opened with no problems it looks good. Note before today I had no success with app and had to order off the website. Congratulations on a good app.
5 stars: They are accurate, timely and the customer service is awesome! Called at12:50 AM and was able to connect with someone immediately. They were able to solve the issue in a matter of MINUTES!
4 stars: I like using the App much more than the website! It seems to be faster... And it's much more convenient!
4 stars: Its saved us so much money changing over as we get most of our scripts for free with our AARP/UHC coverage. For some reason the price is double order a script that your insurance doesn't cover if full over getting them yourself at a local pharmacy using GoodRX.
