5 stars: The best translator for me. I use it in China. But recently it stopped working. I reinstalled it several times, all the same, I even cannot open the app. Please, deal with this bug, I don't want to change the translator. Thank you.
4 stars: Translations between English / Chinese are quite accurate, but the app is a bit complicated to use, not very intuitive ui. I'd like to see you team up with Wechat though. They have the worst Chinese / English translations engine on planet earth. My suggestion to you to get some business going.
4 stars: Until December 18 2019 where Android update causes app to crash the app has worked well. Camera Translation is so so. Translates good when simple text. When text is congested it wraps and sometimes truncates the text. Wish it did OCR as I use it for Mandarin. Being able to copy text enables me to see pinyin and pronounce. (from camera). Voice works well so far. Hope they fix the bug soon as it is a good app.
5 stars: I previously downloaded this app in Chinese only platgmform because a taxi driver recommended it. It I just found out that this app has an English platform. It works perfectly! The best translator app so far (for various languages).
