5 stars: 1st time user and i love the app! We went to downtown Chicago, Navy Pier, museums and have no problem finding reasonable price parking spots within walking distance! Customer service is very helpful, responsive, and patience to help us with our questions. Highly recommended this app when traveling to major cities, where parking are outrageously expensive and hard to find!
5 stars: In Los Angeles parking is the most horrid experience. However since using this app, I can pay in advance show my code to the attendant and they park it for me. Easiest method when attending large conventions.

5 stars: I just Love this App. Went to see a show in the city, so I booked a garage with this app. Showed up at the garage and their lift wasn't working. After waiting 20 minutes, saw another garage across the street. Booked that one while waiting in line for the broken lift, parked and made the show with no problems. Got home at 11pm, called Parkwiz and Actually Spoke With a Live Person! Rebate granted inside 10 minutes! OUTSTANDING!
