4 stars: Its good apps to track the points except you cant purchase the fuel via apps. Hope they will improve this apps on: - purchase fuel via apps - can download receipt in pdf for claiming purpose
3 stars: Need to upgrade A LOT. - Can't make payment thru apps - Don't have e-receipt to download. Still depends on physical receipts - If use Debit/Credit Card payment at counter, sometimes system very slow. - Sometimes point not counted in the apps
3 stars: My account suddenly logout, and i can't login back even i try for many times.
2 stars: The UI is good but I'm not sure the purpose of this app being developed. Previously all transactions can be done af the pump, customers just need to insert the Pmiles card but now we have to queue at the counter to scan the QR.
2 stars: I think you can start new usage of apps. Please do like setel petronas. Can use the app to pay for each pump. Easy. Customer no need to queue up at the counter. For your info, if payment using card, your counter will take some time for the receipt to come out. Please improve.
