4 stars: Update: Since the updates I have not had a problem connecting and the app has worked. The app does not connect !! I have taken the bike back to the store TWICE and they are able to connect no problem and then I come home and it does not work!! We have tried a new iPhone, Samsung phone and a tablet and we cannot get it to work on ANY device. SO FRUSTRATED!
4 stars: I find it a little hard to follow a workout person when you have to scroll through the whole entire row to find the person that you have been training with. It would be nice if I could just look them up by name. I would also like it if I could do warm-ups and look that up by name. If anyone knows how to do this please let me know. I own a FTX and I love it. I like the trainers but there are some that I like better than others.
4 stars: New update crashed app. But it was fixed quickly and now it works. I got they will add actual workout documents or guides that come with some of the equipment like FT1.
5 stars: Love this app and the bike it was a great investment I made.
3 stars: Bluetooth wont work and connect to bike so i can track mileage, resistance, watts etc. I called them and she said to uninstall the app and install it again and make sure my phone has all its updats. Checked that and my android was 100% updated. Still not working. 😞 Edited on 10/9/2020: app is improving daily, the above is fixed, keep improving! ❤👏🙂
