3 stars: Not good First of all no customer associate can converse in English and they are not polite. They don't seem to know a thing in technical. Had an internet issue from 4 days. It's damn slow. Each app takes 5 mins to open. And too much buffering too. They cannot solve the issue. Im totally fed up with the service. Need to switch to another service as soon as possible.
5 stars: Hello sir! I have done recharge on 18 December it's 28 days package but today it's showing package expiry. No services r available To me. It's showing to recharge again plss check out the problem
5 stars: idea network is very good that was i am buying one more idea number but last 3 days i am getting internet 1.5 GB problem. my daily data is waisting because internet problem pls solved my issue
5 stars: Why idea doesn't have any yearly prepaid packs? All others like Vodafon, Airtel and Jio have yearly packs... Please consider yearly packs from idea as well.
