5 stars: Perfect workout before work, will be using this as part of my daily fitness routine for a quick 20 minute workout. Background music is great, helps keep the motivation at 6am!
5 stars: 5 stars is not enough! Fantastic app from the makers of Down Dog Yoga app. It follows a silnilar format in that you get to chose your level and can add a boost if you want and you can chose how long you want to exercise for, how long your break os etc. You will not get bored.
