5 stars: User friendly, very convenient and allows you to stay efficient. Im on the go a lot and It's nice to be able to add, send, and update documents from my phone. I also found out that its capable to have your clients sign docs right on the mobile device which comes in handy (no more printing off papers)! I am very impressed at how well put together the dotloop program is!
4 stars: Love DotLoop. I love that I can draw up a contract and have access to all the docs in a loop at the push of a button. I will give 5 stars if the app can start pulling MLS data onto the contract templates and if uploaded docs can somehow get lines automatically opened. It's very time consuming to have to go line by line to open an uploaded doc for signatures, initials etc. Overall, great app!
5 stars: Super easy for me and clients. Never had experience with down time or glitches in the 2 years I've used it. No passwords for the client to remember, it's verified by their email link. So so so much better than any other service I've used. Better than ziplogix and DocuSign combined!
4 stars: Dotloop is very easy once you get the hang of it. Even my clients find it easy. If they make it more compatible with a touch screen computer, mouse on desk top and Google chrome I would give it a 5.
